Excellent hotel!

More than a 4 stars hotel. Hotels from Europe could learn from them. Efficient and nice staff. Good room. Good breakfast. Good services, bar, swiming pool... The hotel is exactly like photos on the web site. Only the air-conditioner was a bit noisy.

This was my third stay at the Burasari resort. No words can describe how fantastic this resort really is. My partner and I stayed at the Burasari for 10 nights and did not want to leave.

The minute we stepped out of our taxi we were greeted instantly offering to take our entire luggage from us. They offered us cold hand towels and drinks to cool down. We checked in with no problems and our room was ready to go in by 9.30am.

The complimentry daily mini bar was fantastic. It came in handy that's for sure! The beer, the coke, the ice tea, chips and chocolate.

Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety to choose from. The staff have much better English now compared to when I was there in 2006, which made it so easy to communicate. The maids were such lovely ladies. One of the days I had requested more face towels in our room, from that day on they put extra towels in my room everyday. It was easy to get a sunlounge chair everyday. There were no sunlounge hoggers.

Some people get mixed up about this hotel. It is a couples resort so it’s not any good for young children. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Perfect location in Patong!
All in all, we had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to go back again. From the previous review it states the water running. By that it means the water from the waterfall. You do get used to it.

We stayed for a week and this was it was fantastic. the staff were always helpfull. the service was excellent. the food was terrific and our room was the same. upgraded to suite for last two nights as was our aniversary and the staff went out of there way to make it special. rose petal heart on bed when we came back from dinner. heart shaped cake. fragrant oils burning. and all complimentary.

After our first four nights at another place this was heaven. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the coffee was always good.

only 1 block from the center of town and in easy walking distance to everything. 200m to the beach, this is a hidden gem. I am so impressed i have already booked my next stay. Forget anywhere else this is the place to stay.

We spent 10 perfect days in this resort. There was an adjustment period in our perception as we arrived from a fantastic double room in Bangkok. The room we had booked through our travel agent was pool view in the older area of resort was much smaller than anticipated in hindsight the travel agent did not explain the difference there is a huge difference between the exclusive rooms on the website to the functional room we booked. The room was completely adequate to our needs they filled our minibar each day without cost and attended with a smile and excellent service throughout our stay. We used the spa services for thai massages the best I have experienced and we both had repeat massages. I had a facial using all natural products this I would highly recommend. We had the pleasure of eating a Floyd's sunday brunch it is a must do. Evening menu is superb. It is a charming boutique resort with lush garden design water flowing and 2 adequate swimming pools. I spent time around these pools as I could not stand the constant harrassment of locals pedalling their goods at the beach. I would recommend the Burasari it was a haven amidst the incredible busyness of Patong.

We stayed in a Pool Access room, which was great. But what i liked most of all was the great service, the convenient location, and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the Burasri.

The Busrasri is great value for money, with great choice at breakfast which was greatly needed after late nights. The Burasri soon felt like home, it was a great retreat away from the maddness which is on your doorstep. I think patong is the place to be and Burasari is the place stay, you can easily find transport to the rest of the island from this location.

I Will definatley return and have very fond memories of the Burasri. We also stayed at Tree Tops Arasia, very exspensive, to far out, no atmosphere and rubbish facilities didnt even have a proper bar!!! Tree

Tops is a big no from me
