I just wanted to send an email to thankyou for all of your help. We had a lovely time staying at Burasari and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was excellent and I enjoyed a swim in the pool each afternoon.
I would also like to complement a staff member who worked at the juice bar at the front of reception - he was a young man who was very professional and friendly. I'm not sure of his name however he made us feel very special every morning when we visited for our juice. Also, the two ladies who work in the main bar and the lady who works at the pool bar were lovely and always smiling.
Thanks again and we will most definitely be recommending Burasari to our friends and work colleagues. |

We just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had at your hotel on our recent stay. The hotel was fantastic. Our room was great and we loved the big TV and king size bed. Breakfast was also great. Staff were friendly. We could not fault anything. Once again thank you and hope to visit your hotel again next year with our family. Also thank you for organising the transfer to the airport. You have been exceptional in customer service. Thank you and kind regards from Cathy and Bruce Atkinson.
P.S. happy to put comments on Trip Advisor if you like |

Nina (pool bar staff) was fantastic and very helpful she was very good with my son, who loved her. she showed great customer service and was very patient and made some great cockails! I think more deck chairs would be nice or extra area for people to lay out their towels to get some sun around the pool. Otherwise we had a great time. |

With breakfast, I was surprised it was as good as it was considering you are a small (Boutique) hotel.Housekeeping staff exceptional service. Don't know her name but she is married recently and about 34 years of age. Very pleasant and efficient. I chose your hotel because there was a 50% discount on the Mood Collection rooms. |

Excellent breakfast; reception They upgrade our rooms. There was an electrcity problem and was fixed within 15 min.I'd like to be at the same room as it was so nice. As i was single in my room there was not any problem but for couple , the bathroom need to be isolated. |

“Oasis Dream!”
MissSandyD
As soon as we walked in having come from the Royal Palm around the corner I was in heaven!!!! The friendly staff ready to help you with all your needs. Stayed in the Elite pool access room & wow to date has been my most dreamy hotel room ever, our room was modern, clean, elegant.... Then looking out to the deck seeing the oasis of a pool right outside my room i have to say i cried with joy cause it was so beautiful!!!!! Now not all the rooms are the same, some are in the older part of the hotel so do your research when booking, they seem to have something for everyone there and enjoy!..... |

“Lovely Boutique Hotel at Patong”
icicle_i
I spend only 1 night at Burasari and wished I had stayed longer. We booked the basic room but were upgraded (not sure what room type) though. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles. Although the check-in lounge was filled with people, which destroy the elegant atmosphere a bit, the check-in were smooth and quick for us.
There is certainly a WOW factor upon entering the room. Well for the price we paid, we were definitely happy for what we got. Room smells nice too as they put on scented oil at night. Also, the mini-bar is free. We've got Oreo, some Thai beer and some soda - a good plus especially for a night snacker like me.
What I like most about this hotel is the decor and the mood around the hotel. Everything, the garden, the plantation, the pools is put out nicely, modern with a Thai feel. EVerywhere is a photo opportunity.
Breakfast come in plentiful, loads of choices. It's a regret that we actually didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool. But from what I've seen, the noon time is packed with kids in the pool. And as it's not a big pool, it's not a relaxing swim. But with less people, the pool is definitely a nice place to laze out.
One point I want to mention is that Burasari is at Patong but its actually not that near to central Patong. Walking will at least take 20-30min. We need to take a tuk tuk from Junceylon and the cheapest rate we've got is B150. Tuk Tuk within the Patong area is all at the standard price of B200.
Overall, I love the place and wished we had stayed longer. I started missing Burasari the next day esp. when we had a horrendous experience in the next hotel at Kata.

“can highly recommend this establishment”
coolangattaGoldCoast
From the moment we arrived until we left 8 days later the total bura sari experience was wonderful from the complimentary mini bar to the sumptuous buffet breakfast which could not be faulted. The staff in all areas of the hotel were pleasant and helpful. Our room overlooked the street and was very quiet due to two sets of glass doors keeping out the noise. Beds were comfortable, bathroom very clean and neat and kept that way through servicing daily. Both pools were very clean and the swim up bar was very handy. This hotel is about 100 metres from the water in an ideal position for shopping or swimming. Would certainly stay there again! |

“Best hotel in Patong”

Stayed here with boyfriend and another couple new years, both in pool access rooms. These rooms are gorgeous it was just a shame we didn't have more time to just spend around and in the pool.
The staff are so friendly, they were all more then willing to assist in every way. The restaurant is fabulous! We ate here most days! And cocktails are some of the best we had!
This hotel has a great location, close but not too close! Easy walk to most locations but when you're ready for bed, there is no noise at all.
I'd recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Phuket. I will be staying here again!

“Fun, Beautiful, Needs some polishing”
patatje
We stayed there for 3 nights. It didn't start of well- they couldn't find our reservation. I had to log into my email account to provide them with my confirmation email.
Hotel was under construction, which we weren't informed about. It started quite early (around 7-8a.m.) so we didn't get a good night's sleep. That said, the hotel is quite pretty. Just expected at least a good night's sleep for the price.
Don't bother eating at Floyd's. The Tuna Steak was good but everything else was just either so-so or very bad (dessert). Eating by the roadside would have been so much more satisfying!
Spa was great. Had the most amazing facial and massage there. |

“Close to Beach, Far from Mall”
piggy10786
LOCATION: Good. 3 minutes walk to Patong Beach, although it's not the best beach in Phuket. Walking to the Jungceylon mall takes 15-20 minutes. Tuk tuk is everywhere, but it was kinda expensive so we'd rather walk.
ROOM: Looked a bit old, but it was spacious and clean, free wifi internet (ask front desk for access code)
FOOD: We didn't try the famous Floyd's. Daily breakfast buffet was good enough. We walked 2 minutes to Holiday Inn's Italian restaurant by the beach, good food and reasonable price! Many restaurant choices along the Patong beach!!
SERVICE: Staff were friendly and check-in/out was quick.
SPA: Burasari's spa is beautiful, but we thought it was a little expensive. We tried a 1 hr body massage, it was not bad. A cheaper alternative: 10 mins walk to "Let's Relax", a massage/spa thing, really clean and professional!! We had a 2.5 hrs massage there for only 1200 baht per person!! (Advance booking recommended) There are a lot of cheap massage places in town, but some don't look good.
OTHER: MANY currency exchange booths nearby, rates better than airport's, but not too much difference.

“A Great Boutique Hotel”
nitin1976
Burasari is the perfect boutique hotel for a holiday if you are not very fussy about staying in a "Big" hotel. The look and feel of the hotel is great with a beautiful decor and very helpful staff. The hotel has two small but very pretty swimming pool with a pool bar and three restaurants to choose from. The buffet breakfast is nice with a decent spread. We tried the thai food at the Kantok restaurants, very average - there are better options for thai food in phuket, so you can give it a miss. However do try the floyds restaurants. Burasari has recently opened a juice bar next to the hotel lobby, the juice bar is a must try with great refreshing juices - try the detox juice.
The rooms are very well appointed and very large, bathroom are also big. The rooms have large balcony with a day lounger to relax. However make sure that if you use the Balcony, dont keep the balcony doors open even for a minute, there is a severe mosquitoes problem (not just in Burasari, but most of phuket I guess). Each room is provided with a free minibar (two cans of beer, one can of iced tea, two cans of cola, two bottles of water, a packet of wafer chips and packet of cookies replenished every day) and free wifi internet, yes free. They also provide a beach bag with two beach towels which I think is a thoughtful gesture from the hotel.
On the flip side, the dampener at Burasari is the fact that the hotel staff has very limited understanding of english, its a challenge at times to make them understand what your requirement is, although I am no way suggesting that the staff is not helpful. Another annoying aspect for me at Burasari was the fact that the front desk would take ages to answer your phone call. In fact most of the times they would not answer your call the first time and you would have to keep trying several times before somebody would answer your call.
For the record, the renovation work at Burasari is over.
All in all, a great place to stay while in phuket and would certainly recommend and would want to return as well. Have fun!
Some Uselful Tips: Bargain as much as possible for getting your tours (for phi phi island, james bond island, simon cabaret, fantasea show etc) booked. Book these trips from a local operator there in phuket(there is one available every 100 mts and there are several around the hotel as well) and dont book online, as they are almost twice or at times thrice as expensive as booking from a local operator (if you bargain well).
The spa at Burasari is great, but would suggest going to a local spa for a massage (like 5 star or sala spa (on bangla road), the level of service is very similar but the price at Burasari spa is much higher.
If you’re looking for some fine dining go towards the south end of patong beach near Novotel Hotel (150 bhat if you take tuk tuk near Burasari)- there are some fabulous restaurants around that area, with a lovely view of the beach. You have the option to choose from thai, italian, american restaurants. |

Kantok at Burasari Resort
“Our favorite restaurant in Patong”
yobethany

The Duck Red Curry is INCREDIBLE!!! This was my favorite restaurant in Patong (we were here for 5 days). My husband agrees! We went back several times, and he liked the Massaman Curry with chicken a lot as well. We both agree that they have the best red curry that we have had in Thailand yet. Red curry is my favorite, so I have been ordering it at a lot of different places!
To clear up any confusion: Kantok is the outdoor restaurant at Burasari. The indoor restaurant is Floyd's. |
