Q. Is my credit card charged when I make an online reservation?

A. Your credit card is charged when you make an online reservation.

Q. What types of credit card do we accept?
A. VISA and MasterCard only for Online Reservations. American Express is accepted at the hotel for additonal items. If you wish to reserve online by credit card please contact info@burasari.com We will provide you with a form to complete and fax to us.

Q. May I use a debit card to make an online reservation?
A. Unfortunately, our system is not designed yet to accept a debit card.

Q. May I use a debit card at the hotel?
A. Yes, you may use your debit card at the hotel for purchases of food, beverages, transportation and trips around Phuket.

Q. Is making reservations online safe?
A. When making a reservation with www.burasari.com, you are booking with the hotel's OFFICIAL SITE. That means you are booking directly with the hotel, and the hotel's booking engine. We employ a secure, encrypted page that is designed to protect all your information.

Q. What time can I check in?
A. Anytime from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Q. When do I need to check out?
A. 12:00. However, you may request a late check out should other rooms be available. The cost is in accordance with our policy for the season.

Q. Is early check in and late check out available?
A. We will always try to accommodate these requests if at all possible.

Q. May we leave our luggage at the hotel until our departure later in the day or evening.
A. Of Course!

Q. What is a Twin, Double, Triple or Extra Bed?
A. The twin, double and triple room denote the different bed configurations for the room type of your choice. The extra bed usually is the roll away bed for the third person. However,

TwinRoom is the most common bed configuration that the hotel will offer. This means that there will be 2 single beds.
DoubleRoom consists of one large bed for two people. The hotel offers this configuration subject to availability only.
Triple Room may be a twin or double room with an extra bed.

Extra Bed is always required at an additional cost for the third person joining the room over the age of Twelve (12) years old. Please see conditions in our Children Policy section for children under age Twelve. Extra bed rates normally include Amercian / International breakfast. It is compulsory for the third person joining the guest room to have an extra bed at the rate specified by the hotel. Therefore, if there are more than 2 people in your room you will need to have an extra bed.

In addition, except that the room you book contain more than 1 bedroom, in general, the hotel will only allow maximum 3 adults per room. If your group has 3 adults plus a child or more you will need to book more than 1 room.

Q. When do I need an extra bed for my child?
A. You are permitted to have one child free of charge until the age of twelve years old as long as the child sleeps with the parents. Until Age 4, Children are offered complimentary breakfast. Childred aged five (5) to twelve pay half price for breakfast and Twelve (12) to Sixteen (16) years old require an extra bed with which is included breakfast. All extra beds include breakfast.

Q. Can I invite a guest / friend to stay in my room?
A. Our hotels do not allow a non-registered guest to stay overnight for security reasons.
Should you desire to invite another guest, please contact the Front Office Staff and proceed to register the guest. A joiner fee will also be charged, even when you have already reserved and paid for a twin or triple room.

Q. Are safe deposit boxes available?
A. There are safety deposit boxes located in all rooms.

Q. Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
A. Yes. Handicap accessible rooms are available upon request.

Q. Do guestrooms have Internet access?
A. Yes. All rooms have free high-speed wireless Internet access. We also have a computer available for rental at 120THB per hour.

Q. How far is it from the hotel to the shopping and restaurants in Patong ?
A. 2 minute walk to the center of Patong.

Q. How close are you to the Phuket International Airport?
A. We are located 45 minutes from the airport.

Q. Do you arrange for transportation to and from the hotel?
A. You may request Round Trip or One Way Transportation online.

Q. May we arrange for Tours at the resort?
A. Yes, we have an independent tour company at the resort to answer questions and arrange for tours, transportation or even golfing.
