It was the perfect location!!!! The resort has that traditional look with affordable luxury. We stayed in Premier room , 2 nd floor. Really big rooms with great view. The balcony was my favorite place in the mornings sipping my cup of coffee. Bottles of water were brought daily to our room. Tea & coffee and additional snacks were available as well in the room.

From the refreshing juice and cold welcome towel on arrival, to the relaxing pools and huge free daily breakfast, we couldn't have chosen a better affordable, friendly resort to stay in Patong. Our 8 night stay in a floor level premier room was nothing but a 5 star feeling. The room was quiet at night and all of the staff were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. Burasari is with in walking distance to everything Patong has to offer, no need for a taxi. The streets of Patong can be quite overwhelming at times, so it was always nice to walk back into to the resort, knowing that you can relax and kick back with a nice cocktail by the pool or have a free beer from the minibar and watch a movie in your room. Love Burasari and miss the resort already. You will meet some wonderful people along the way. I can't speak highly enough of Pool Bar employees, Kwang and Joe Prew. They were friendly, fun and very professional and made our stay at Burasari Resort that extra special.

I'm pretty fussy and quite difficult to please when it comes to hotels, hence I have never given a hotel an excellent rating. However on this trip, fortunately I stayed at two excellent hotels and Burasari was one of them. We stayed at Burasari for our honeymoon but decided not to splash out on a swanky room as we were saving that for our next location in Thailand. Consequently we stayed in a premier room and was surprised and very pleased with it. Although it did not have the best views (views of roof tops and the building opposite), it was quite spacious, clean and modern. The bed was enormous and pretty comfortable. As we mentioned that we were staying there for out honeymoon, the hotel gave us a small treat to welcome us (delicious chocolate nutty cake) and a complimentary free mini-bar that they refilled for us each day (2 cans of beer, a can of strawberry drink, a can of coke and 4 bottles of water). Staff were very friendly and helpful; location is great - approximately 15 minutes walk away from Bangla Road, 12 mins walk from Jungceylon shopping center and about 2 mins walk from the beach and the swimming pools were lovely (beach towels provided) - one of the pools had a bar attached (make use of happy hour). Finally the buffet breakfast was amazing - I was thoroughly impressed with their range of food - there was always enough. They provided Thai food (noodles, rice and stir-fry etc.), English breakfast (eggs, sausages etc.), exotic fruit, cereal, croissants etc. It was well worth waking up for. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks Burasari for a lovely stay.

Hotel service was simply great, from the desk assistance, brekfast to the midnight room service. Really amazing place to stay, stayed at Premier. Full satisfaction at all. Nead to say, the position of the hotel near the busy & rush street don´t disturb us during the hollidays. Many thanks :) ..and hope to see You again.

My husband and I have just returned from staying in the Burasari. From the minute we were collected at the airport to when we left the staff were fantastic. (If you book direct with the hotel you get free airport transfers), we came outside the terminal to be greeted by our driver with refreshing towels and bottled water, nice touch after the flight! We booked a premier pool access room which was perfect for our needs. Great being able to jump in the water whenever we liked and nice to have chairs on our balcony as some other guests would get up at the crack of dawn and put their towels on the other sun beds. Mini bar was replenished each day and the toiletries provided were great. We ate at the hotel restaurant, was delish! And also took advantage of the 2 4 1 cocktails. Hotel is in the perfect location, far enough away from the crazy Bangla road but close enough to walk there in 10mins. Lots of restaurants close by, and the beach is about a minute walk! Would definitely stay in the Burasari again! :)

I was staying with a friend in the Premier Pool Access Room. Our stay was really nice. The fact that we had the pool right in front of our room was great and the sound of the water falling in the pool during the day was very relaxing while lying on the day bed outside. The breakfast was great with lots of delicious tropical fruits. I found the room was nice and cosy but I wished it was more spacious and had a nice bathroom for the price we paid. The location of the hotel was great. It is close to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Bangla Road which is the main street in Patong. The hotel's surrounding was quiet and the room was sound proof. You will definitely enjoy your holiday in Patong if you stay at this hotel.

Markets located up the road..beach across the road...shops and Bangla Rd close by.. This is my 2nd stay at the Burasari Resort Hotel..LUVED IT...great location..close to all amenties inc shops..markets..Bangla Rd and the beach.. Rooms are spacious and very clean..had got a FREE UPGRADE to an Elite Room...staff very friendly and accommodating...restaurants are great and the 2 pools are wonderful..overall a great 2 weeks there..will DEFINATELY book there again when I go back to Thailand...YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This is our 2nd trip back to this fantastic place and won't be the last, elite pool room is a must... Swim up bar with happy hr and wonderful staff to serve u. Check I. Is always fast and efficient. Cool drink and cold towel on arrival is most welcoming. Staff always have a smile , no matter what time of the day or night they see u, even the cleaning staff are very friendly. Everything, the rooms with pool entry are amazing. The staff were the best out of all our hotels. Stayed at Elite Room. Nothing, was by far the best hotel of our entire Thailand trip!

This was my 2nd stay at the Burasari and would highly recommend it!! We stayed in an Elite room which was very spacious with complimentary mini bar. Buffet breakfast was great. My family and I vistied the Burasari in January this year. my parents had previously stayed at this hotel many times so that is why we chose it. The staff were nothing less then welcoming on arrival and check in was quick and easy with welcome drinks ready for us after travelling! We stayed in the newly renovated Elite Rooms which have been beautifully designed with bright yet modern decor. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms also have a balcony which a day bed which was lovely. The buffet breakfast is to a high standard with a range of options from bacon and eggs, tailor made omelettes, fresh fruit, pastries thai cuising and much more! The hotel is also located close to the beach and a short walk to Bangla which keeps you close enough to everything yet still quiet. We have booked to return this month.. we cant wait! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Phuket.

This is my second time in Burasari. Although the price is on the high side, you will not regret staying here. The rooms are tastefully designed, minibar is free (2 beers, 2 sodas & oreos), breakfast is superb (wide selection of food~YUMMY! Lunch is also delicious.), swimming pool is beautiful (2 swimming pools) and the beach is just 2 minutes away (although Kata beach is way better than Patong). Anyway, the bathroom in the Premier room is small (specifically the shower area, width is too narrow). The Elite room with balcony, bath tub and swimming pool view is huge and very pretty. The best part in Burasari is the SPA! Best spa experience ever! Try it! This is mainly the reason why I keep coming back. :) Thanks Jen and to all the staff!

After a long flight and drive from the Airport, what a fabulous welcoming, and all that before we went to our rooms. The rooms are stunning, the Elite Pool Access Room was amazing. What an experience to roll out of bed onto a veranda with a glorious day bed, straight into a magnificent pool. My sons stayed in Premiere Rooms, must admit only slept there, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly, helpful and all round great people.

Burasari Resort was not only tropical but also very relaxing, the Elite pool access room was perfect with just enough privacy. We particularly enjoyed the Spa at the resort. We eased into our vacation with a 3 hour couples massage and ended the week with a 90 minute couples massage. It was fantastic!

My husband and I have just spent 9 nights at the Burasari in an elite pool access room. It was the perfect place to relax, let our hair down with some fabulous cocktails by the pool and meet some lovely people. We found the location to be PERFECT! Would definitely stay there again.

I thought pretty hard if I can remember even one negative point about this property, but there is none. I feel every tourist should spend Atleast one night out of their trip in this hotel to experience the bliss. It's a relatively small property, but has everything you would ask for. We booked the rooms on the ground floor which have direct pool access. They have 2 wings. Siam wing is at the back with a more Thai touch to it. The elite wing is more European in its feel and the pool is much better. My advice is to book the elite pool access room. Doesn't matter if ur a couple, or just friends or family.. This hotel is apt for every tourist and after spending 3 nights here I was really sad and gloomy on my way out.

My Husband and I stayed in the Mocha room during the month of April for 7 day and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely plan to stay here again next year. The food was great and it was in a great location and we loved the staff. Room Tip: Mocha room is the only themed room where there is an ocean view from the balcony.

Very friendly staff, very good interiors, very convenient location. Stayed there for 3 nights in one of the mood collection rooms. The concept of mood collection is very nice. Its very near to the beach too and lots of restaurants nearby. Recommended to my friends and they loved it too.

Told my husband to choose Honeymoon collection but he accidentally click on Mood collection, thank God he did mention 'honeymoon'ً request and it turns out we have a superb excellet room!! We love everything in that room especially on the 'L' shape balcony! Its a lil bit noisy but we dont mind, and have mosquito too, so dont forget to use the provided repellent. Minibar and amenities restock daily and its free! Dont forget to enjoy the breakfast too! They also provide two towels in a basket and outside slippers too. The location is also good since its very near to the beach ( I can saw the beach from our balcony and enjoyed firework during our stay!) and shops too. We dont go out too much since we only stay for 2 nights and yes I know its kinda wasted since 2 nights not enough! 😭 We love Burasari and definitely going back f we have time ;)

My husband and I are staying at the Burasari for six nights after staying at another Patong hotel. From the moment we arrived in the airy, spacious foyer which is decorated in traditional Thai elegance, we knew we were in for a very special experience. The staff greeted us with warmth and respect, provided us with welcome drinks, a cold cloth for our hot faces and a fresh orchid corsage. The foyer looks out to one of the two swimming pools, cleverly designed around cascading water features and lush vegetation, providing an oasis of serenity from the bustle and heat outside on the streets of Patong. We were ushered to our room, one of the Honeymoon set, which provided a very comfortable King size bed, lounge area, luxury bathroom, free mini bar and sliding doors leading out to our own private courtyard. Outside, comfy lounging chairs and a deep bath complete this couples retreat. The courtyard is our rear entry, & leads out to more waterways linked by walkways and bridges. The sound of running water and the happy chatter of the resident African Parrot soothe the soul instantly. The entire atmosphere is cool, green, shady relaxation. Plenty of sun beds for the sun worshippers, Happy Hour at the swim up Pool Bar & the Misty Bar, comprehensive buffet breakfast catering for all tastes, 6 different food & beverage outlets made our stay so we enjoyable we preferred not to go out, having done all our sightseeing the previous week. We were just so happy & content being here soaking up the atmosphere. All the staff are delightful, friendly and helpful. We had fabulous cocktails and fun with Kwang, Peaw, Joe and Pin at the Pool Bar. Thanks for the memories, guys!

The Burasari is a hidden gem amongst the chaos of Patong. Right in the middle of the action, but once you are through the doors of the entrance the noise and hubbub of the Patong business fades away and all you can hear is cascading water and birdsong. Our welcome at reception was incredible (and this was carried through to every staff member we came into contact with, with everyone greeting us and giving us the traditional Wai (slight bow with palms pressed together) though out our stay. We were given a Honeymoon collection room, which was incredible and had a fantastic outdoor bath and 7ft bed (one of the most comfortable Ive slept on in Thailand). The food was superb and the hotel breakfast was pretty spectacular with a heap of options to suit all palate. I can highly recommend the pool bar and the large pool is fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel (or any of its sister hotels) again!

My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon staying at the Burasari resort and it was nothing short of a dream come true. There is literally nothing I can say to fault this beautiful hotel, the room (Glam Spash) was FABULOUS! The 2 for 1 cocktails, the free Tapas (Tuesday & Friday nights) the FREE mini bar (beer, softdrink, snacks) the food, the SPA!!!! The location - 2 min to beach and shopping...but as wonderful as all of those things were it is definitely the staff that make this resort stand out. I just can't adequately put into words how welcoming and attentive they were. Paew, Kwang, Pong and the lovely manager whose name I can't remember! Already friends on FB with Kwang and Peaw and miss them already! We felt like royalty the whole time and this is hands down the best travel experience we have EVER had. Will be back one day for sure!! Till then we start our married life together with the BEST memories money can buy and with some lovely new Thai friends that will hopefully last a lifetime. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Burasari. You will NOT be disappointed!!

We are currently staying in the glam splash room and highly recommend staying at this place an oasis away from the Hustle bustle of the streets out side. A special mention to our newly made friends kwang,jak and peaw the best pool bar staff I have encountered during my many trips to patong excellent people and hotel.

Bursari is amazing! Such a great resort with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere with the sound of water falling throughout the entire resort, like an oasis. We booked the Mood Suite and staff fulfilled our request for the Glam Splash room. We loved it. Staff were always very helpful and would deliver buckets of ice for our drinks promptly whenever we asked. Breakfast was beyond incredible every single day with amazing selection and quality of food. Plenty of places to drink, swim and eat, no two days are ever the same because there is so much choice at Burasari.
